Let's face it. Home sale commissions are costly. Way too high for just sticking a sign in the yard and listing it on the MLS! (The primary methods used by most Realtors).
Surprisingly, there's very little training available to Realtors on how to proactively market a home. So I had to create my own approach, drawing on my 25+ years of sales and marketing in a VERY competitive field.
I concentrate on creating a high degree of demand for your home, particularly in the critical first few days after it's listed. You already know that items in high demand command premium prices. When I'm successful in creating demand, a quick sale at a very competitive price results.
The techniques I use lead to a higher degree of visibility than other neighborhood homes. High visibility leads to more showings -- which, in turn, leads to a sale.
No one else uses this unique strategy, which requires a unique level of effort and attention to your home's marketing and promotion.
