How would I like to be treated by any professional I work with – doctor, attorney, CPA, Realtor?
I’d like to feel like I’m his most important client. I’d want to trust in his integrity, knowledge and skills. I’d like to know that I could call him day or night if we have a problem to discuss. I’d like consistent, clear, precise communication. I’d like to know that he’s doing everything in his power to help me. And I’d like outstanding results from our relationship.

This is the model I strive for in my real estate practice. The only phone number I publish is my mobile phone. It’s on 24x7, and I’ve taken a 2AM client call. The only way you’ll ever talk to my voicemail is if I’m in conversation with another client; in which case I'll usually return your call within an hour.

Real estate is a people business, and that's why I love it. Creating the sacred trust it takes to help people with some of their most important decisions and biggest investments feels like a huge blessing to me. Life is good!
